The British Conflict Armament Research (CAR), in collaboration with specialists from KSRIFE, has prepared a report on the study of parts and fragments of Russian missiles and attack UAVs.

290 foreign-made microelectronics components were found in one object, identified as a North Korean ballistic missile sample, according to Ruvin.
He noted that the vast majority of these components provide missile navigation and are manufactured by over 25 companies based in the United States, China, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, and other countries.

Ruvin emphasized that imported microelectronics are crucial for all types of Russian and North Korean missiles.
“The conclusions of Ukrainian and foreign experts highlight the importance of controlling the export of commercial electronic components and the dependence of Russia and North Korea on foreign technologies,” added the KSRIFE director.
DPRK — Russia 'lend-lease'
In early January, U.S. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby stated that Russia struck Ukraine with North Korean ballistic missiles on Dec. 30, Jan. 2, and Jan. 6.

South Korea's representative to the UN, Hwang Joon-kook, said that North Korea is using Ukraine as a “testing ground” for ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads.
Ukraine's Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin announced on Jan. 11 that his office received the first evidence of North Korean missiles being used in the conflict.
On Feb. 22, the SBU reported documented evidence of Russian air attacks on Ukraine's civilian infrastructure using DPRK weapons. The Russians fired more than 20 North Korean missiles at Ukraine, according to the investigation.
The Kharkiv Prosecutor's Office stated on March 14 that Russia had fired about 50 North Korean Hwasong-11 missiles at six oblasts of Ukraine. North Korea has sent about 7,000 containers of ammunition and other military equipment to Russia since last year, according to South Korea.
