Tottenham Hotspur forward Richarlison has now issued his clearest indication yet on where his future lies ahead of the summer.
The 2023/24 Premier League campaign is now complete but Tottenham have jetted off across to the other side of the world for a post-season friendly.
Richarlison is one of the players who has not made the trip to Melbourne, Australia with the Brazilian struggling through injury.
Speculation surrounds what the 58-year-old will do in the summer transfer window after he promised change will be happening at Hotspur Way.
The Spurs News understands that the forward is a player who Tottenham would be willing to let go this summer if they can bring in a good amount of money.
And the 26-year-old has now taken to his Tik Tok account to issue an indication on where his future may lie over the coming months.
What Richarlison has said about his Tottenham future
It has been a really tricky campaign for the Brazilian and, no doubt, a frustrating one for him with injuries hindering his playing time.
After undergoing groin surgery earlier in the campaign, Richarlison looked like a player reborn as he netted nine goals in 10 Premier League matches.
However, he then picked up a knee issue and has struggled to return to action on a consistent basis since February.
His inability to be reliably available may work against him ahead of the summer with Tottenham believed to have earmarked their number one striker target for the summer.
However, having posted on his Tik Tok account, Richarlison saw comments stream in regarding his future at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
One of the comments said, ‘You staying mate?’ Although the Brazilian did not directly reply, he did like the comment which may indicate he is looking to remain in N17 this summer.
There has been reported interest from Saudi Arabia and that may well be the only landing spot for Richarlison which could see Spurs recoup their £60m investment.
Richarlison continues to be a menace with Arsenal dig on Sunday
Although Richarlison has not been involved properly at Tottenham for the past few months through injury, he still gave the fans something to cheer on Sunday.
After Arsenal lost out on lifting the league title to Manchester City, the Brazilian posted on his Instagram with a cheeky dig at the Gunners.
This does sum up what Tottenham would lose out on if Richarlison was to be sold in the summer as he is clearly a big character behind the scenes.
However, in order to move forward, Tottenham are going to have to make some tough decisions and Richarlison’s injury issues have been costly this season.
Given the form he was showing earlier this year, if he was able to have remained fit then surely Tottenham could have secured another three points to qualify for the Champions League.
