3 compliments that will make any man 'fall for you', according to a dating expert

Just when we thought the same mantra doesn’t work for all, a dating expert has revealed three compliments that can make any guy “fall for you.”

Dating and relationships are risky territory to navigate if you aren’t well-versed with the rules, often unspoken. After settling the age-old debate about who pays the bill on a date and if you should go for a kiss in the first meeting, it’s time to find out how to get a guy to plan a fantastic first date, using the dating guru’s secrets.

What to say to a man to make him fall for you

There are books about techniques to woo a woman, but what about men? Dating and relationship expert Matthew Hussey breaks down different ways to make a man go gaga over you.

Here’s what he thinks ladies should say to a man as he explains the “man-melting phrases” that’ll work without fail.

Don’t compliment his features

Complimenting a man’s smile or hair isn’t as effective as admiring his style, says Matthew. According to him, a man would be flattered to hear about something he had a choice over – like his style – instead of the features he was born with.

This would instantly get his attention because it also strokes his ego. So notice his choice of colors and styles to use to your advantage.

Notice his hidden traits

Not all daters care enough to notice your hidden traits. If you succeed at this, a man can’t help but fall for you, claims Matthew.

This could be as simple as pointing at his efforts to learn to play guitar rather than admiring his musical chops, which every Tom, Dick, and Harry would do.

Tell him ‘how much of a man you think he really is’

This one seems debatable, but the dating coach approves of it. If you want a man to fall for you, tell him “How much of a man you think he really is.”

He says, telling a man how “safe” you feel around him will make him want to be with you more because it boosts his masculinity.

“Just saying that to a man makes him feel like a Superman with you,” he says. So, the more a guy feels powerful around you, the more he’s drawn to you.
