TV foodie drops 30lb in two years with recipe of five key things

Guy Fieri is synonymous with Food Network. The chef has had huge success in his TV career appearing in almost 50 seasons of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. The culinary extraordinaire spends his life taste-testing all kinds of delicious foods. Somehow he manages to stay super fit these days as he shows off his weight loss results.

Guy is 56 years old now, and is a father of two. He rose to fame in 2006 when he won The Next Food Network Star season 2. From there, he launched Guys Big Bite on Food Network before Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives took off a year later. Guy Fieri’s weight loss

Guy Fieri’s iconic look of bleach-blond spiked hair is still going strong.

But, one thing that has changed about him is his body weight, as he explains he lost 30lb in an interview with Men’s Health this May.

Guy explained how he lost over two stone over the course of two years and gave his take on how being healthy is all about “moderation.”

Food Network star’s workouts

When it comes to his well-being, it seems chef Guy takes it as seriously as his love of food.

He explains how his workout regime includes “rucking a few times a week,” as well as HIIT workouts twice a week.

Rucking is a form of exercise where you walk or hike wearing a rucksack for anyone not clued up.

Fans get a glimpse of Guy’s regime via his Instagram page where he’s seen kickboxing, using battle ropes, and lifting kettlebells.

As well as getting his heart rate going with physical movement, Guy also opts for a daily dose of sauna and cold plunge.

The foodie also swears by intermittent fasting to stay fit and healthy.

Some of the healthy foods he loves eating to remain trim are freeze-dried strawberries and roasted spaghetti squash, turkey bolognese, and crispy kale.
