It has just emerged, that Newcastle United are scouting a £15m-rated winger who has been likened to Cristiano Ronaldo, according to a recent report.
Eddie Howe’s men endured a pretty inconsistent season but ultimately finished in seventh place – which certainly isn’t poor by any means.
Though, club chiefs will want to kick on now and return to the illustrious Champions League, having had a taste for it already.
That said, Howe will need to be backed in the fast-approaching summer transfer window and one exciting winger has just been linked.

Newcastle United scouting Ramon Sosa
Newcastle United are scouting Paraguayan winger Ramon Sosa, who is thought to be valued at around £15m, according to Scouts in Attendance.
Sosa is a 24-year-old left-winger currently plying his trade in Argentina’s first division for CA Tallares and he has been likened to Cristiano Ronaldo.
The eight-cap international has netted seven goals whilst laying on six assists across 18 outings this term and is keen on a move to the Premier League.
Ramon Sosa wants to play in the Premier League
Sosa spoke to the press this week and dropped a hint on who he’d like to join this summer, with Boca Juniors rumoured to be interested, too.
“It is a source of pride because, imagine, there is much talk of the Premier League and it’s nice because it is a dream that I have, and I want to fulfil. I hope it comes true,” Sosa said.
It seems if Newcastle are to launch a £15m bid for the wide player, he’ll snap at the opportunity to make the switch.
