Celtic involved in another exciting Legends match, will play at iconic venue

With the build-up to the Scottish Cup final in full swing, it isn’t unnatural for the odd piece of Celtic news to fly under the radar.

Hoops fans are excited at the prospect of securing a domestic double under Brendan Rodgers, which will be amplified by plans for a sea of green and white to descend on the national stadium, which have been encouraged by North Curve Celtic and SLO John Paul Taylor.

Of course, Borussia Dortmund are also coming to Parkhead the following day to take part in a Legends match against Celtic.

Funds raised from the occasion are going towards supplying food provision in several parts of the UK & Ireland alongside a donation being made to Dundee Cancer Centre at Ninewells Hospital.

Tickets are still on sale for the occasion via the official club website; meanwhile, Brendan Rodgers will carry the Scottish Premiership trophy onto the pitch beforehand, granting those in attendance another opportunity to see the prize in all its glory following celebrations against St Mirren last weekend.
