Despite the praise, the country star's daughter has been open about her weight issues. In 2022, Gracie shared a candid post on Instagram revealing that she had been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). She said that out of the five characteristics used to identify the condition, she had four.

During one of her doctor visits, Gracie realized that her PCOS might have contributed to her fluctuating weight. She said, "During my appointment with my endocrinologist, I realized that may have been a factor in my issues with weight, so we decided to try a medicine to regulate my body more normally and create the tools to continue to keep my body and myself healthy as I get older."

The diagnosis came with a few blemishes on her face, and the 27-year-old admitted she was still learning to navigate them. In her post, she shared a short video of herself with multiple pimple patches on her face and a second candid picture of her wearing a bikini.

Gracie admitted that dealing with PCOS is challenging. However, she believed she was able to deal with the challenges because she had worked hard to build strong mental health. which she continues to improve daily.

The openness she showed with her diagnosis has been the same with the efforts she has madeto lose weight. For instance, Gracie uploaded two black-and-white Instagram images of her in a bikini. In the caption, she hilariously wrote, "It's a gorgeous day for narcissism!" and one person replied, "And Ozempic!"

The reply prompted Gracie to admit that she had used the drug the previous year and was now on a low dose of Mounjaro for her PCOS instead. The 27-year-old said she was also working out and felt there was "no need" for the fan to "accuse" her of anything because she'd been open about it.

Mounjaro is a type 2 diabetes drug the young woman has been taking for her polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) symptoms.

Mounjaro is similar to Ozempic and Wegovy, which impact satiety in the brain and are a hit in Hollywood for weight loss. The drug has been proven highly effective for weight loss by improving how the body breaks down sugar and fat and reducing appetite.

Tim's daughter later revealed that she was prescribed Qsymia to treat obesity and Ozempic, despite not having type 2 diabetes.

Gracie shared how the medication had given her the body she'd never had before and how weird it was to see it change rapidly. However, she was finding new methods to love it, and each day she discovered new things to love about it.

The upcoming actress has also emphasized that sharing her journey with PCOS was meant to help someone dealing with the same struggles, and her parents could not be more proud of their daughter.

Tim has shared many heartfelt messages for his daughter, but on her 26th birthday, he said that having Gracie showed him and his wife what true love felt like. “You made our love for each other stronger and revealed a world of love that we had never known before,” wrote the proud father.

Outside of his sweet birthday posts, Tim has always expressed his pride for his eldest child. He was excited to share that Gracie was on her way to building a career as an actress in Los Angeles.

The country singer was proud of raising an independent woman who was not afraid to speak up. “She makes me proud every day by the way she lives her life," he added.
