Scott Disick fans suspected the star may be using Ozempic after shedding pounds, but have now spotted Mounjaro in his fridge, as revealed on The Kardashians season 5. Fans were quick to spot the weight loss drug in the side door of his fridge while chatting to Khloé Kardashian.
In just one season, Scott Disick’s appearance has changed drastically. Many noticed it looks like he’s had veneers put in, as well as lost weight and even had a voice change, as he let us see his fridge contents.
Scott Disick didn’t have Ozempic in his fridge – but fans spot Mounjaro
Scott Disick‘s fridge was opened while he threw grapes into Khloé Kardashian’s mouth. In the side door, two boxes of weight loss drug, Mounjaro, were evidently on show near Scott’s face.
He made no attempt to hide the popular celebrity weight loss drug. The Kardashians have often been subject to rumors they were taking it, but no one from the famous family have never confirmed or denied using Ozempic.
Mounjaro weight loss drugs suppress glucagon, a blood sugar-elevating hormone called GLP-1 and GIP, but is slightly different to Ozempic as that acts only on GLP-1 receptors.
Although they may produce different results, the injections are produced by separate pharmaceutical companies and use a different medication. Mounjaro, manufactured by Eli Lilly uses tirzepatide, while Novo Nordisk, the makers of Ozempic and Wegovy, use semaglutide.
Fans react to ‘skinny legend’s’ contents
A TikTok video shared a clip of Scott’s fridge, which showed the Mounjaro, describing him as a “skinny legend”. The creator was “shocked” that the injection boxes were on show in the first place.
One fan wrote, “he’s gonna be so mad they didn’t edit this 😭😭😭,” while another wasn’t surprised and penned, “This was 100% done on purpose for us to see.”
A fellow Kardashians’ viewer said, “Knowing them, that was probably calculated placement,” with some noticing there are different strengths of Mounjaro in his fridge.
Although the video has a fan eagerly calling out ‘Ozempic’ in Scott Disick’s fridge, it’s actually Mounjaro, a different brand, according to the labels.
Kris Jenner thinks he ‘looks great’
When Kris Jenner saw Scott, she told him, “Wow, somebody’s lost a lot of weight. You look great!” Then in a confessional, Jenner acknowledged how far Disick has come in his weight loss journey.
Kris revealed he gained weight from a back injury he suffered after a 2022 car accident, claiming he “really struggled” in recent years. The episode cuts to an older scene, where Khloé looked through Scott’s fridge.
She had commented, “You’re really living large these days.” Scott then told her he’d “gained a lot of weight” because of his back, which made him “barely mobile” as a result.
