Manchester United FA Cup win matters most

There has beenspeculation in recent days over what Ratcliffe and Ineos will decide regarding Erik ten Hag’s future as manager.

None of that seems to matter right now. Manchester United are FA Cup winners for 2024, and this will begin to feel like a successful season, despite a poor Premier League campaign.

The victory qualifies United for the Europa League, while there is also now the 2024 Community Shield – back at Wembley against City.
