The first game of the 2024 ACC Baseball Tournament wrapped up on Saturday night, as Florida State took down Wake Forest, 9-5. Shortly following that game, the stands in Truist Field were cleared due to lightning being in the area. The start time for the Miami-Duke ACC Tournament Semifinal was originally set to begin around 5:40 PM EST. The game will officially start at 7:00 PM EST, according to the ACC Network.
Thus far in the ACC Tournament, Duke defeated Virginia Tech 11-8 and then NC State on Thursday 8-1. In the ACC Tournament, Miami took care of Louisville with an 8-5 victory and then squeaked by Clemson 8-7.
