Neftali Soto drove in four runs as the Lotte Marines extended their unbeaten streak to 10 games with a 7-1 rout of the SoftBank Hawks on Sunday.
The Marines also completed a three-game sweep of the Pacific League-leading Hawks. Lotte has won seven in a row after back-to-back 12-inning ties on May 15 and 17.
Soto singled in two runs in the third inning and doubled in two more in a five-run eighth at Zozo Marine Stadium.
Toshiya Nakamura (1-0) pitched three scoreless innings in relief to earn the win. SoftBank's Carter Stewart Jr. (1-2) gave up two runs in five innings.
In other action, Yoshihiro Maru hit a 10th-inning tie-breaking sacrifice fly as the Yomiuri Giants edged the Hanshin Tigers 2-1. The Hiroshima Carp beat the DeNA BayStars 4-2.
