It seems like just yesterday, Kourtney Kardashian was in the delivery room welcoming her first child, Mason Disick, to the world. Now, Scott Disick and Kourtney’s son is so grown up he’s joined social media. Judging by his family’s comments on his posts, they’re pretty much in disbelief.
The Kardashians is onto its fifth season – if you haven’t heard already. But 14 years ago, Kourtney Kardashian let the cameras in on her labor as she physically delivered Mason Disick herself. The incredible birth was captured on Keeping Up With the Kardashians and it’s a moment that goes down in the show’s history.
Mason Disick joins Instagram
In Mason’s younger years, he appeared on KUWTK and The Kardashians.
However, these days, much like his Uncle Rob Kardashian, he’s not appearing on the Hulu show.
Mason’s parents, Scott Disick and Kourtney are still regulars on the reality TV show.
Although the former couple’s oldest child isn’t making TV appearances, he’s keen to put himself out there on social media.
It looks like the Kardashian kids are making waves this Spring as North West, 10, takes to the Lion King stage and Mason goes IG official.
Mason, 14, joins Instagram this May – and it’s not just fans who are surprised at how grown up he is now.
Khloé and Kim Kardashian comment on his posts
Taking to Instagram on May 25, Mason shares his first three posts with the world.
He shared two snaps showing off his outfit, some with friends, his sister, Penelope Disick, and more with his younger brother, Reign Disick.
Mason captioned the photos: “fam” and “mirror pics is all we know.”
Judging by the 14-year-old’s posts, he’s keeping things simple on his page.
His aunts, Khloé and Kim Kardashian are already taking to the comments section before anyone else.
Khloé Kardashian wrote: “I can’t believe this is happening.”
And Kim commented: “You’re really on Instagram.”
Mason’s mom, Kourtney, also appears to be in disbelief at her son’s move. She shared his IG on her Instagram Stories and wrote: “My first baby is on Insta… and I’m not OK.”
Fans think there’s ‘tea’
Fans also appear to “not be OK,” as many take to a Reddit thread on the topic to say how “old” Mason joining IG makes them “feel.”
More commented on how they remember seeing the moment Kourtney found out she was pregnant with Mason on KUWTK.
Others are speculating there’s some “tea” to spill as Mason is only following his family members and not his stepfather, Travis Barker.
The accounts Mason follows include his parents, Scott and Kourtney, Khloé, Rob, and Kim Kardashian, and Kylie, Kris, and Kendall Jenner.
At the time of writing, the 14-year-old isn’t following Travis’ account.
