Drivers are facing disruption for two hours following a crash on the M20.
The incident has taken place on the coastbound carriageway between Junction 4 (Ditton) and Junction 5 (Maidstone).
It is due to a collision between a lorry and a car which happened at about 6pm.
The crash this evening has led to two of the carriageway’s three lanes being blocked.
National Highways says traffic is not expected to return to normal until about 8pm.
It is not yet known if anyone has been injured.
