Air raid alerts have been ongoing in the Kharkiv Oblast since 8:37 a.m., following the threat of a ballistic missile attack.

The Russian military struck an open area in Kharkiv Oblast at 10:35 a.m., though no casualties have been reported, Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head, Oleh Synehubov, said.
