Poor Bob Good.
The Virginia representative, 58, frequently calls Donald Trump “the greatest president of my lifetime,” voted against certifying the 2020 election results, and repeated Trump’s false claim that Joe Biden stole the 2020 presidential election.
He even traveled to the Manhattan courthouse where Trump is being tried on 34 felony counts to show his support.
But he committed an unforgivable crime: Good endorsed Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in the Republican presidential primaries, so Trump humiliated him by endorsing Sen. John J. McGuire III over Good in the GOP primary battle for Virginia’s 5th Congressional District seat.

“Bob Good is BAD FOR VIRGINIA, AND BAD FOR THE USA,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “He turned his back on our incredible movement, and was constantly attacking and fighting me until recently, when he gave a warm and ‘loving’ Endorsement — But really, it was too late.”
We tell this tale as a set-up to Trump’s latest knife-in-the-back victim: Fox host Shannon Bream, who was attacked after she interviewed Trump attorney and mouthpiece Alina Habba.
“I never knew Shannon Bream was so naive,” Trump posted. “In her interview with my Representative, Alina Habba, Shannon just suggested that Crooked Joe Biden was not involved in my show trial. HOW STUPID! Not only is he involved, he is virtually leading it — and all of the other trials as well, meaning his people because he’s not mentally sharp enough to lead anything.
“Just take a look at the DOJ/White House thugs involved, and everything else. Biden is incompetent and feels that Weaponization is the only way he can win. He’s counting on the Shannon Breams of the world to get him there. Bad day for Shannon!”
Habba, in an interview, parroted Trump by raging against the “un-American” prosecution. Like Trump, Habba hinted that she expects a conviction, complaining about the trial taking place in New York and the “unfair” jury instructions.
At one point, though, Bream took issue with Habba accusing Biden of orchestrating the criminal case against Trump.
“How can you say the Biden administration is not responsible?” Habba asked.
“It’s a state trial,” Bream, the Fox News Sunday host, responded. “It’s [Manhattan district attorney] Alvin Bragg. Whether you think there is a political motive for him, it’s not connected to the DOJ. I mean, the feds passed on these election charges.”
