Russia's losses in Ukraine as of May 30: Over 1100 soldiers and 35 artillery system

Ukrainian defense forces have eliminated another 1160 Russian soldiers in the past day, bringing the total enemy personnel losses since the start of the large-scale invasion to approximately 506,260 soldiers. Additionally, Ukrainian army destroyed 10 tanks and 35 enemy artillery systems, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to May 30, 2024, are approximately as follows:

  • personnel - 506,260 (+1,160) individuals eliminated;
  • tanks - 7,710 (+10) units;
  • armoured personnel vehicles - 14,913 (+22) units;
  • artillery systems - 13,101 (+35) units;
  • MLRS - 1,088 (+1) units;
  • anti-aircraft warfare systems - 815 units;
  • aircraft - 357 units;
  • helicopters - 326 units;
  • UAV operational-tactical level - 10,532 (+22) units;
  • cruise missiles - 2,222 units;
  • warships/boats - 27 units;
  • submarines - 1 unit;
  • vehicles & fuel tankers - 17,849 (+53) units;
  • special equipment - 2,153 (+11) units.

Frontline situation

In the evening summary of the General Staff on May 29, it was reported that 102 combat clashes were recorded on the front line during the day.

The military department added that the situation remains the hottest on the Kupiansk and Pokrovsk directions since the beginning of the current day.

Also, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the previous day, May 29, Ukrainian defenders eliminated 1,300 Russian soldiers.
