Trump Responds To Guilty Verdict: The Real Verdict Is Going To Be November 5th By The People

Responding to a guilty verdict, former President Donald Trump criticized the trial as a “rigged disgrace” and accused the judge of being “conflicted.” Shifting into campaign mode, Trump declared himself an “innocent man” and asserted that “the real verdict is going to be November 5th by the people.”

Trump alleged that “this was done by the Biden administration” to “hurt” him as a political opponent. Despite the verdict, Trump vowed to “keep fighting” until the end.

He lamented that America has become a “nation in decline” with millions of people “pouring into our country right now.”

Ian Sams, White House Counsel’s Office spokesperson responded to a guilty verdict in a brief statement. “We respect the rule of law, and have no additional comment,” he said.

As he exited the court as a convicted felon, Trump learned he will face sentencing on July 11, 2024.
