The explosion in Kharkiv occurred after 1:15 PM. The mayor confirmed that the occupiers shelled the city, with a strike recorded in the city's Kyiv district.

The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had warned about the launch of guided aerial bombs by Russian aviation, including in the direction of Kharkiv.

It is worth noting that the air raid alert in the Kharkiv region has been ongoing for over seven hours. It was announced at 6:08 AM.
