Nowadays, Margaret, 57, has ditched her trademark pigtails on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. She’s switched up her look – as have many of her Bravo show cast mates. Marge has been transparent about the procedures she’s opted for. But, her fans are taking to online forums to say how they believe she was a “natural stunner.”
Margaret Josephs ‘changed so much’
There are some elements of RHONJ that have changed a lot over the years, and many things that appear to stay exactly the same.
In the case of Teresa Giudice and the Gorgas’ feud, not much has changed. But, when it comes to Margaret’s looks, fans taking to a Reddit thread think she’s “changed so much.”
Analyzing old snaps of Margaret and her mom, and Marge and her stepson, many fans hail her a “stunner,” and say she was “so pretty.”
Others are taking notes from her old look and give pointers to Marge these days:

The RHONJ star says she regularly gets Botox and went under the knife in 2020 for a “boob lift and reduction,” writes Bravo TV. The same year, she also debuted a new smile with pearly white veneers.
She also admits to using Ozempic, as does her cast mate Dolores Catania.
Appearing on Sherri this May, Margaret said: “After menopause, it’s so hard to lose weight. You’re shamed for it… it shuts off that food noise, my bloodwork is great. I don’t know why there’s any shame in it if it’s helpful to people.”
