The 23-year-old has been a regular for the Ligue 1 side and has long been a target for a number of English clubs, including Liverpool.
Of course, we know that Thuram was on the radar of Liverpool when Jurgen Klopp was in charge.
Indeed, Thuram was looked at before the Reds signed Wataru Endo and The Independent reported at the time that Jurgen Klopp thought Thuram was perfect for his midfield.

There are spaces in the Liverpool squad this summer and it’s little surprise to see players being linked across multiple positions.
When it comes to Khephren Thuram, there is a strong argument to be made that he’s ideal for what Liverpool need right now.
With Thiago moving on, there is a space in the squad and Thuram ticks a lot of boxes.
Thuram played 27 Ligue 1 games last season and is comfortable in either the number eight or number six position.
