A missile strike at 5:10 a.m. EET damaged a medical facility in Izyum, followed by the bombing of Borivska Andriivka at 10 a.m., injuring an 86-year-old woman and setting two houses on fire.

At the same time, regional governor Oleh Synehubov reported two casualties in the bombing and mentioned the injury of a 76-year-old man.
