Runaway 'Trust Jesus' bus crashes ahead of Staten Island Trump rally.

Damian Cross/X/screen grab

A "Trump Store" bus was involved in a traffic accident on Sunday ahead of a Staten Island rally for the former president.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), bystander Damian Cross shared a video of the crash's aftermath. A bus covered with Trump signs appeared sandwiched between a utility pole and a gas station sign.

Signs on the bus included "Trump Law and Order," "Trust Jesus," "Trump 2024," "Women for Trump," and "Let's Go Brandon."

One large sign on the side of the bus read, "Trump Store."

"It was parked by the CVS, and it rolled down," one witness told Cross. "Nobody was in it."

"Holy crap," Cross replied before suggesting that the accident had been a "freaking miracle" because no one was hurt when the bus crossed the intersection without a driver.

"This right after Trump gets declared guilty, unbelievable, if ever you needed a metaphor," he noted. "They're saying there's no airbrake on it, just bad luck."

Trump was not expected to appear at the Staten Island rally, but former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said he would be there.
