On3’s No. 1 IOL Carius Curne visits Missouri

2025 OL Carius Curne

Marion (Ark.) four-star interior offensive lineman Carius Curne decommitted from Arkansas back in March, and two other teams made big moves in his recruitment: LSU and Missouri.

Eli Drinkwitz’s program has had some success recruiting in their rival’s backyard, and the Tigers are shooting their shot with Curne, a top offensive lineman nationally.

He took his first of three planned official visits this weekend to Columbia, as the Razorbacks and LSU look to be the other major contenders in his recruitment.

Drinkwitz and his staff will have their work cut out for them, though. Soon after Curne’s decommitment, LSU began to trend for his pledge in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. Tigers recruiting insiders Shea Dixon and Billy Embody each logged picks in favor of LSU swooping in for the trench monster.

“They love this guy, and I think that one’s going their way right now,” On3 VP of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong said regarding Curne and LSU last month.

Curne continues to rise in the On300

Curne made a 60-spot leap in the latest edition of the 2025 On300 and now checks in at No. 25 overall. Amidst a stacked group of interior linemen in the 2025 cycle, Curne continues to project well to On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power.

Carius Curne (No. 25) shows eye-popping movement skills as a two-way player at Marion (Ark.) High. The 6-foot-4, 320-pounder moves like a much smaller player. Curne’s game film is outstanding on both sides of the ball. He’s an effortless mover at the second level and is a violent, physical presence on contact,” Power wrote last month.
