The Florida State Seminoles are in a battle with in-state rivals, the UCF Knights in the Tallahassee Regional Final on Sunday night. The ‘Noles were struggling to get on the board and were trailing 2-0, until Cam Smith flipped things around. In the bottom of the fifth inning, he belted a two-run blast to tie the game up at 2-2.
Florida State head football coach Mike Norvell was also in attendance, and you can see him cheering for a bit in the video. With one more win, the Seminoles will officially advance to the Super Regionals next weekend. We’ll see if they can come out on top on Sunday.
