Ukraine will be able to win the war against Russia, even though the Russian forces have had little success on the battlefield, according to British Army Commander Tony Radakin.

Radakin says that Russia is achieving tactical success on land now.

He clarified that by March 2022, Russia had seized about 17% of Ukraine's territory, and today it has 11%.

The admiral was also asked whether he was confident in Ukraine's victory.

Radakin said that by the end of June, 500,000 Russians would have died or been injured in the conflict. He said that 800 days of the war had already passed, which, according to Putin's forecasts, was supposed to last three days.

He emphasized that Western countries should continue to support Ukraine.

Predictions about Ukraine's victory

Earlier, German Major General Christian Freuding said that Ukraine would win the war against Russia. According to him, Ukrainian defenders will be able to win with the help of Western countries.

Also, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that Ukraine must defeat Russia with weapons. But at the same time, he emphasized the importance of the diplomatic path.
