Another Proud Boys member pleaded guilty to engaging in the deadly Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot this week in a case that revealed his disturbing words before mounting the attack.

Freedom Vy, 39, of Southwest Philadelphia pleaded guilty on Tuesday to illegally entering a restricted area — a misdemeanor, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.

He could be sentenced up to a year in prison when he returns to court in September.

Vy joined fellow members of the Philadelphia chapter of the far-right militant group — including Zachary Rehl, Brian Healion, and Isaiah Giddings— to breach the Capitol building in an effort to thwart the certification of the 2020 election by Congress for then President-Elect Joe Biden, according to the report.

Rehl received 15 years in a Petersburg, Virginia prison for his leadership role on that day.

The Inquirer pointed to court filings involving Vy's following his fellow Proud Boys into the thick of the melee that had exploded from a "Stop the Steal" rally.

Vy was party to a series of encrypted group chats with fellow Proud Boys around the country in the days leading up to Jan. 6, the report notes.

He admitted he fell in with nearly 100 Proud Boys and sympathizers abandoning the Washington Monument for the Capitol building, according to the report.

As the mob bombarded a thin line of Capitol Police officers the four continued pressing forward

Vy was hesitant at first to enter the Capitol when the notion was raised by Rehl.

“I think it’s a horrible idea,” Vy countered in a conversation caught on cell phone video. “But I’m not letting you go alone."
