Meghan Markle has a problem retaining talent for her new and upcoming culinary-based Netflix series. The Duchess of Sussex has reportedly gone through more than one chef because of her off-putting behavior, which rubbed the world-class culinary experts the wrong way.

"She's so demanding, and they don't really want that," royal expert Angela Levin shared with GBN. "These are chefs who have good jobs, and they're not people who are learning."

Meghan Markle is currently filming a series for Netflix to try and fulfill her and Prince Harry's five-year contract.MEGA

"She is very upset about what is happening with this American Orchard Rivera, she is not happy about how it has been received," she added. "The jam was a bit of a laughing stock, she sent it off to about fifty friends and only a few replied.

Levin continued: "Everyone said that she is in a jam. It is not moving forward. She has had a lot of trouble finding a CEO to run it for her, and she is having a lot of trouble finding a chef. Some of them have gone along to see how it is, but they say she is so meticulous about everything."

This insight comes after it was revealed the streaming giant is "losing interest" in even trying to salvage the rest of their $100 million dollar deal with the ex-working royals.

The Duchess of Sussex signed a deal with Netflix along with Prince Harry in the fall of 2020. MEGA

"So it's a bit of a stalemate, but she has got 150 things on her link, and she's applied for a global patent," Levin observed. "Some of the things [she will be selling] are fabric gift wraps, cocktail napkins, meditation maps, pillows for household pets, a whole range of things from A to Z. We'll have to see how she gets on. I think she's she's finding it much more difficult than she thought."

The author concluded: "I think she thought she would sail in and everybody would think it was wonderful, which I think she does a lot about herself. But actually it's jolly hard work."

Another analyst feels that there possibly will not be a show for the Duchess to oversee if Netflix doesn't "feel right" about the way the new programming is heading.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have so far only produced three documentaries for Netflix since their deal began in 2020. MEGA

"Since their [Prince Harry as well] $100 million contract with Netflix began, they have done hardly anything for it," royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told a publication. "It runs out next year and Netflix is no longer producing the series of The Crown, as they previously were," the commentator noted. "They might therefore have less interest in the Sussexes."

He continued: "If they lost this contract, with Archewell, their business and charitable foundation, having so few donors, they might well be in financial trouble," he noted. "Since their exposure to royal life has made megabucks, but little else has made money, the royal family better hope that this unpredictable and ruthlessly ambitious couple stays with Netflix."
