“The crew of the UAV of the 73rd Marine Center of the Special Forces discovered the place of concentration of the Russian forces during reconnaissance in the southern direction,” the statement says.

In addition to Russian manpower, dugouts, ground shelters, and equipment were spotted.

"Special Operations Forces operators adjusted the HIMARS fire of the missile and artillery unit of the Ukrainian Defense Forces at the Russian target. As a result of the strike, the Russian military suffered significant losses,” the Ukrainian Armed Forces add.

Situation at front

In Ukraine, the Russian occupants are advancing in several directions on the frontline. In particular, the enemy is advancing near Vovchansk, near Kupiansk, northeast of Siversk, northwest of Avdiivka, south of Velyka Novosilka, and near Krynky.

In particular, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Pokrovske direction remains the most difficult on the frontline, with the number of combat engagements amounting to almost three dozen over the last day. The Russian occupiers continue to try to break into the Ukrainian defense.
