How Jean-Philippe Mateta and Clinton Morrison reacted to Crystal Palace quartet getting England call-up

Thursday saw Gareth Southgate confirm his official 26-man squad for the upcoming Euros and it included four Crystal Palace players.

After an end of the season which Crystal Palace enjoyed, going seven games unbeaten, all while winning six, the club are at an all-time high, at least in recent memory.

It all stemmed from the appointment of Oliver Glasner as his arrival was always an exciting one, but nobody expected things to get quite so good, quite as quickly.

But the best example of just how positive a space the Eagles are in is the fact four players got names in Gareth Southgate‘s England squad for the Euros.

Now, some Palace figures have reacted to the news, here is what they have been saying.
