Baseball: Hernandez has 2 homers, Ohtani RBI as Dodgers beat Yankees

Teoscar Hernandez hit two homers, including a grand slam, while Shohei Ohtani drove in one run and scored two as the Los Angeles Dodgers overpowered the New York Yankees 11-3 on Saturday.

The Dodgers have won the first two of three games in a potential World Series preview at Yankee Stadium, with Hernandez leading the way both times.

A day after delivering a go-ahead two-run double in the 11th inning, the Dominican slugger picked up where he left off by breaking the ice with a solo homer in the top of the second.

Ohtani made it 2-1 to Los Angeles with his line-drive single to left in the third.

The two-time American League MVP from Japan reached on a fielder's choice in the eighth before Hernandez broke open the game with his grand slam off right-hander Tommy Kahnle.

New York's Aaron Judge extended his lead in the MLB home run race with Nos. 22 and 23 in the third and ninth innings, respectively.
