Russia's losses in Ukraine

Russian losses in the war against Ukraine as of June 9 totaled 1,270 occupiers. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russia has lost 518,560 military personnel. Additionally, in the past day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 26 tanks and 60 enemy artillery systems.

Interestingly, Russia conceals losses on the Kharkiv front using fake voiceovers in military videos. The Institute for the Study of War has concluded that Russia's reserves of 60,000 military personnel will likely be insufficient to sustain simultaneous large-scale offensive efforts on multiple fronts.

Furthermore, on June 8, Ukrainian military intelligence successfully struck a modern Russian Su-57 aircraft.
