Kentucky Offers Nikola Bundalo, Top 25 Power Forward in 2025

The Kentucky basketball staff is staying busy this summer. Mark Pope was joined by his entire assistant coaching entourage for the NPBA Top 100 camp on Tuesday. The Wildcats offered a scholarship to one of the top performers at the camp, Chris Cenac, who was named MVP of day two by On3. They also pulled the trigger on an athlete who did not attend the event.

Nikola Bundalo shared on social media that he has received a scholarship offer from the University of Kentucky. The Wildcats are one of two dozen schools that are pursuing one of the best forwards in the country.

A 6-foot-11 athlete in the class of 2025, Bundalo is a top-five power forward in his class and the No. 22 overall player in the country, according to the On3 Industry Ranking.

Bundalo is the 13th player with an offer from Kentucky in the 2025 class, joining Chris Cenac, Darius Acuff, Cayden Boozer, Malachi Moreno, Cameron Boozer, Caleb Wilson, Darryn Peterson, Meleek Thomas, Jasper Johnson, AJ Bybantsa, Koa Pete and Will Riley.

The No. 1 player in Ohio is a top priority for Ohio State, but one of his favorite players is a former Wildcat. On3’s Jamie Shaw caught up with Bundalo ahead of a busy summer of travel basketball.

“My versatility allows me to do a lot of things on the court,” Bundalo told On3. “What keeps me on the floor is that I can do multiple things, whether that is defense, rebounding, or blocking shots and my scoring. I think there is always a reason to keep me on the floor.”

“I’m watching a lot of Anthony Davis,” Bundalo said. “He is someone who can go out and get your 34, but also get 20 rebounds. He is super elite and blocks a lot of shots too. I try and model my game after his as much as I can.”

Enjoy some of Bundalo’s best work on the hardwood.
