U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested several individuals suspected of having ties to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in coordinated raids across three states.

According to sources within the ICE agency, the eight individuals from Tajikistan were allegedly discussing bomb-making in intercepted conversations.
