Peace Summit in Switzerland brings together 101 countries and international organizations - Zelenskyy

The Global Peace Summit on Ukraine, which started today in Switzerland, is attended by 101 countries and international organizations, says President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy ahead of the summit in Switzerland.

"We have managed to bring together 101 for now countries and international organizations. For today, such number of participants registered here in Switzerland for the first inaugural Peace Summit,” Zelenskyy said.

According to him, some other countries and leaders have shown their interest in the summit, although they did not come to the event.

“And even if they are not here today, at the first summit, we have succeeded in bringing back to the world the idea that joint efforts can stop war and establish just peace,” the president added.

Global Peace Summit

Today, June 15, the Global Peace Summit on Ukraine started in Switzerland. It will last for two days, and discuss the Ukrainian Peace Formula presented by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. It aims to bring the end to the war with Russia closer on fair terms.

Earlier, it became known that the summit would be attended by representatives of about 100 countries and organizations.
