Child Involved In Texas Bank Heist: FBI Urges Public to Help Find Suspect (FBI)

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is appealing to the public for assistance in identifying a suspect who robbed a bank in Fort Worth while accompanied by a small child. The incident occurred on June 6th, 2024, at the First Convenience Bank branch located inside the Walmart on Anderson Boulevard.

According to the FBI's Dallas Division, the suspect approached the bank teller counter with a small child seated in a shopping cart.

The suspect then presented a note demanding cash. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect fled the scene, pushing the shopping cart with the child still inside.

The FBI has released surveillance images of the suspect, described as a white male between 35 and 45 years old, with a thin build and a height between 5'7" and 5'9". At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a white and brown baseball cap, black sunglasses, a multicolored "fishing shirt," khaki-colored cargo shorts, and "Hey Dude" brand shoes.

"We are deeply concerned about the well-being of the child involved in this incident," said [FBI spokesperson's name]. "We urge anyone who recognizes this individual or has any information about the robbery to come forward immediately."

The FBI is working in collaboration with local law enforcement agencies to investigate this crime. Anyone with information about the suspect's identity or whereabouts is asked to contact the FBI's Dallas Field Office at 972-559-5000 or submit tips anonymously online at tips.fbi.gov.

The involvement of a child in this brazen act has heightened concerns for the safety of the innocent victim. The FBI hopes that with the public's help, they can swiftly apprehend the suspect and ensure the child's well-being.
