Lip reader shines a light on Louis’ perfect nickname for Prince William

Kate, William, and their three children—George, Charlotte, and Louis—were filmed and photographed admiring the Royal Air Force jets flyover from the balcony of Buckingham Palace.

The Sun reports a lip reader has revealed the 6-year-old Prince Louis of Wales gleefully looked to his father and said: “Papa, Papa, Papa, look at all that color!”

“Yes!” William beamed back at him, clearly used to hearing his youngest’s adorable nickname for him, “Papa”.

The lip reader reportedly caught a handful of other exchanges between royals on the balcony too. Kate addressed Charles and was excited to comment “There are so many people!” Louis’ 9-year-old sister Charlotte also advised him to “put your hands down” during the national anthem.

All together and smiling, it was the picturesque family moment fans were hoping for in anticipation of Kate’s return to the public eye, but many agree that Louis was an unexpected show-stealer.

Prince Louis was a total hit at Trooping the Colour

Whether dancing to the music of the bagpipes or playing with the curtain cords, Louis captured hearts across a sprinkling of moments across the Trooping the Colour event.

“Prince Louis is like a breath of fresh air,” one observer wrote on X/Twitter. “He is fun to watch and from a family that loves their children very much.”

“Prince Louis is a tonic,” another tweeted in appreciation. “He simply spreads joy.”

Somebody added their view that “Prince Louis stole the show with his dance moves at Trooping The Color,” and that certainly wouldn’t have been anybody’s prediction heading in.

“Prince Louis is adorable,” one wrote, with yet another voicing their unwavering love for the tight-knit family: “I really believe the whole Royal family have so much fun and joy when they’re together… the kids are kids! The smiles.”

More cutesy moments between Wills and Louis are sure to be in high supply for many years to come.
