Nuggets: More commits on the horizon for Kansas State

The Wildcats have added five commitments in the last 10 days and are primed for more. Numerous official visitors could be on the brink of making a decision that proves favorable for Chris Klieman and company.

Another notable trend in K-State football recruiting is the hunt for a trio of players with St. Louis ties. Quarterback Dillon Duff is already committed, but he has a relationship with two of the top targets on K-State’s board. Safety Leo Almanza now of Trophy Club, Texas and offensive lineman Lucas Allgeyer. After visiting over the weekend and having another OV lined up to a Big 12 foe this weekend, where do the Wildcats stand for Almanza?

And of course one of the most highly anticipated official visits in K-State football history will begin on Friday. Five-star tight end from Goodland, Linkon Cure, will arrive in Manhattan. K-State will try to land the ship with notable challengers in the fight as well.
