It’s a big weekend for Oregon recruiting and one of the Ducks top EDGE targets will be in town.
Winton Woods (Ohio) EDGE Justin Hill confirmed with ScoopDuck he will be taking his official visit to Oregon this weekend. Hill is the No. 48 ranked player in the On3 Industry Rankings and No. 6 ranked EDGE player nationally.
Additionally, Hill also announced a commitment date set for July 3. His announcement time is set for 1 PM EST.
This will be his final official visit before his commitment date. Alabama, Ohio State and USC are also in the running for his commitment. The Buckeyes currently have an overwhelming lead in the On3 RPM.
Hill was at Oregon in late May and spoke about the unofficial with On3’s Steve Wiltfong.
“Coach Lanning he had me in his office,” Hill said. “We were going over film. Oregon film obviously and film from when he was at Georgia and showing me what he wants to do with me and what he can do with me and what he’s done with other people with the same physical-body type and play-style and develop them into the league.
