What Euro 2024 matches are on today?

There are three Euro 2024 matches being played on Thursday in what is set to be a mouthwatering day of competition.

  • Group C: Slovenia vs Serbia – 2 pm
  • Group C: England vs Denmark – 5 pm
  • Group B: Spain vs Italy – 8 pm

What TV channel is Slovenia vs Serbia on?

The first fixture of the day at the Allianz Arena may not be the most eye-catching but it should be a competitive starter for the hefty courses to come.

Slovenia picked up a well-deserved yet surprising point against the Danes in their first match, putting them in a great position, while Serbia lost. Neither side can really afford to lose if they aim to go through.

Both sides are of a similar level and will still have hope of being able to qualify from the group, at least as one of the best third-placed sides, so there is potential for it to be an entertaining and dramatic affair.

You can watch the game live on ITV, which is a free-to-air channel if you have a TV license.

If you don’t have access to a television, there will be a free live stream of the match available on ITVX you can watch on your laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Slovenia vs Serbia team news

Serbia will be without left wing-back Filip Kostic after he suffered a knee injury which has ruled him out for the rest of the tournament against England.

Slovenia have no injury concerns and could name an unchanged side.

What TV channel is England vs Denmark on?

England’s second game in Group C will be at Eintracht Frankfurt’s Deutsche Bank Park and against old foes Denmark.

Gareth Southgate’s side edged past the Dane’s in the Euro 2020 semi-final thanks to Harry Kane scoring a rebound from his missed penalty in extra time.

Denmark have proven tricky opposition for the Three Lions in previous meetings but were unimpressive in their opening game.

England hardly set the world alight against Serbia but did pick up a narrow win and can all but secure qualification with another three points.

You can watch the match live on the BBC, which is a free-to-air channel for all those who have a valid TV licence.

If you don’t have access to a TV, there will be a free live stream for the match available on BBC iPlayer, which can be watched on smartphones, tablets and computers.

England vs Denmark team news

The only slight injury concern for England is Kieran Trippier but he only suffered from cramp late on against Serbia and is expected to keep his place.

Luke Shaw remains on the comeback trail but is unlikely to be risked in the group stages, at least from the start.

Denmark have no injury concerns.

What TV channel is Spain vs Italy on?

The main event of the day’s action is Spain vs Italy emanating from the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen.

Both sides were victorious in their opening games with Spain dispatching Croatia and Italy avoiding disaster against Albania.

The winner of this game will likely finish top but a draw could leave Italy vulnerable given they still have to play Croatia.

This clash of the international titans will kick off at 8 pm and be available to watch on ITV in the U.K.

If you don’t have access to a TV, there will be a free live stream for the match available on ITVX which will broadcast the game straight to your laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Spain vs Italy team news

Rodri and captain Alvaro Morata were both forced off the field in Spain’s opening win but are both expected to be fine to stay in the starting XI.

Aymeric Laporte is nearing a return to fitness after a muscle strain but is unlikely to replace Nacho at centre-back.

Meanwhile, Italy could welcome Nicolo Fagioli into the fold after he missed the opening game due to bruising to his fibula.
