Officers want to speak to him in connection with an attempted aggravated burglary in Ramnoth Road, Wisbech, at about 5.20pm on Tuesday, April 30.
This offence is also being linked to two other crimes at the same property: a burglary on Friday, May 3, and criminal damage on Sunday, May 5.
Anyone who recognises the person in the CCTV image should report it through the force website, using reference 35/30380/24.
