Celtic Legends put on a show last month in an entertaining 4-2 victory over Borussia Dortmund at Parkhead, with money raised from the occasion put towards several charitable causes.
On a day when a healthy crowd turned out at Parkhead to watch some of their former heroes in action, including Georgios Samaras, Scott Brown and Artur Boric. They weren’t left disappointed by the quality on show from both sides.
Nevertheless, the main aim of the unique afternoon was tosupport food provision in several locations across the UK & Ireland, with Dundee Cancer Centre at Ninewells Hospital also receiving a donation.
Come early September, Old Trafford awaits as the next destination for some of Celtic’s most-cherished icons, with further ticket details now set in stone.

Further ticket details have been released as Celtic Legends face Manchester United at Old Trafford, with away briefs on sale, per the Celtic FC Foundation’s official X account.
They explained on the social media platform: “Celtic Legends will be back in action this September, as we take on Manchester United Legends at Old Trafford, in aid of @MU_Foundation. Tickets for the away end are available now by adding code CELTICLEGENDS-VISITORS-2024 at the link below.”
