Ukraine is indeed set to host the second Peace Summit in one of the countries of the so-called Global South, according to a statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba.

The Minister emphasized that this isn't just about Saudi Arabia, as Ukraine is geared towards hosting the second Peace Summit in one of the Global South countries.

"There are several strong players interested in hosting the second Summit. But it's important that the time between the first and second Summit won't be idle," he stated.

Kuleba added that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arranged in Switzerland to hold thematic events between the first and second Summit for each point of the peace formula, to form a negotiating position. This aims to enter the second Summit with the strongest possible position, supported by the maximum number of countries.
