A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert was issued for Scott Koehn III, a white male, 12 years old, 4 feet 9 inches tall, 90 pounds, black hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen in the area of the 21300 block of 168th Street in Live Oak, Florida, and was last seen wearing a camouflage hoodie, pants, and slip-on cowboy boots.
