How to watch ex-Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa at Copa America 2024

Former Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa is set to lead Uruguay into Copa America 2024, showcasing his talent on the international stage once again.

The 68-year-old has turned into something of an iconic figure to the sides he has managed, often leading them to new heights.

In his time at Elland Road, Bielsa did that as he transformed the team from doubters into believers, winning promotion back to the Premier League.

The following year, while relegation was widely predicted, The Whites finished ninth and took the top division by storm.

Some memorable victories over Tottenham and Manchester City stood out as Leeds played a style of football that guaranteed entertainment.

A downturn in form the following campaign eventually saw the owners dismiss Bielsa in the hope of earning survival, something that never came.

Despite the dismissal, the former Leeds boss is still thought of fondly, during a high point in recent years for the club.

With the coach now set to guide Uruguay into an international tournament, plenty of Leeds fans will have their eyes on his matches.
