On the afternoon of Saturday, June 22, the Russian Federation struck the city of Kharkiv using the latest UMPB D-30 munitions, according to the head of the Kharkiv regional administration Oleh Syniehubov, and Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko.
According to Klymenko, more than 250 rescuers and police officers were working at the sites of the hits at different addresses. Public services and volunteers are currently helping to clear the rubble and provide assistance to the victims.
As of 5 p.m., three people have been reported dead and 29 others injured.
Syniehubov said that the Russians dropped four D-30 UMPB shells from Belgorod.

This afternoon, explosions were heard in Kharkiv. As it turned out later, Russian troops attacked the city with guided aerial bombs and hit a residential building.
Later, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to the Russian attack.
