Russia's losses in Ukraine as of June 24: +1,300 troops, 12 tanks and 51 artillery systems

Russian losses in the war against Ukraine as of Monday morning, June 24, amounted to another 1,300 occupiers. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the aggressor country has lost approximately 535,660 soldiers. Additionally, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have destroyed 12 enemy tanks and 51 artillery systems, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to June 24, 2024, are estimated as follows:

  • Personnel: 535,660 (+1,300) eliminated
  • Tanks: 8,031 (+12) units
  • APV (Armored personnel vehicles): 15,413 (+15) units
  • Artillery systems: 14,246 (+51) units
  • MLRS (Multiple launch rocket systems): 1,108 units
  • Anti-aircraft warfare systems: 863 units
  • Aircraft: 359 units
  • Helicopters: 326 units
  • UAVs operational-tactical level: 11,382 (+27) units
  • Cruise missiles: 2,323 (+2) units
  • Warships/boats: 28 units
  • Submarines: 1 unit
  • Vehicles and fuel tankers: 19,304 (+56) units
  • Special equipment: 2,397 (+20) units

As of the evening of June 23, there were 116 combat clashes on the front lines throughout the day, with the enemy focusing its efforts on the Pokrovsk direction, making 46 attempts to displace Ukrainian defenders from their positions.

RBC-Ukraine previously reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine refuted information about the alleged full occupation of Novooleksandrivka in the Pokrovsk direction.
