Russian missile attack on Kyiv Oblast: 2 injured, 72 homes, a hospital, and other buildings damaged

Two people received minor injuries, while at least 72 apartments in eight buildings were damaged, along with a hospital and 13 other structures,

Missile fragments damaged several of the hospital's buildings.

In addition to the hospital, other damaged buildings include several businesses, a government building, a driving school, a pharmacy, a gas station, a grocery store, an employment center, a hotel, and a car wash.

The impact shattered windows, balconies, and doors, and caused extensive damage to facades and roofs.

28 vehicles were also damaged in the strike.

Russian missile strike on Kyiv Oblast

An air raid alert was declared in Kyiv and surrounding oblasts overnight on June 23 due to the threat of Russian missile attacks.

The Ukrainian Air Force confirmed that Russia launched cruise missiles and explosions were heard in the capital and Kyiv Oblast.

Two people in Kyiv Oblast were injured in the Russian attack.

Ukrainian air defense forces shot down two of the three Kalibr missiles Russia launched from the Azov Sea.
