A report claims Real Madrid have now made a formal offer to sign a youngster who Manchester City and Pep Guardiola are interested in signing.

River Plate have not showcased how they feel about Real Madrid’s offer — before which the club have always had a strict stance of any club paying the value of the release clause to sell their prized asset.
The report states that with Manchester City have signed players from River Plate like Julian Alvarez and Claudio Echeverri, they share a good relationship with the club — which could mean they could discover the ploy from Real Madrid and present a better offer to sign Franco Mastantuono.
