The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
A proprietary algorithm, the On3 NIL Valuation establishes the overall NIL market and projected 12-month growth rate for an Athlete by measuring two categories: Roster Value and NIL.

No 2025 quarterback put more high-level reactive playmaking on film last fall. He plays fast and shows the ability to make a number of high-level throws on film. Zollers passed for 2,917 yards and 37 touchdowns against two interceptions and added 420 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground. On3 was the first to tab Zollers as a blue-chip prospect when he held just one Power Five offer last fall.”

There’s no doubt Russell plays with an elite supporting cast a Duncanville, but he put some high-level throws on film while facing strong competition. He’s one of the younger top quarterbacks in the cycle and is a good athlete who can extend plays.”

Transfers that athleticism over to the field on Friday nights. Easily eliminates the angles of pursuit defenders as a scrambler and on designed runs. Tough to bring down in the backfield with his size and reactive quickness. Touts a strong downfield arm. Has made progress as a passer from his sophomore to junior seasons. Still developing, but has the upside to continue improving with continued in-game reps. His style of play is very heavy on scrambling for time and using his arm to hit throws down the field, which can become pretty overwhelming if a team can’t contain him in the pocket. Lacey excels at making very fast decisions and getting the ball out, sometimes at the cost of better footwork that would make for more consistent throws. Occasionally he manages to make incredible off-platform throws with pure arm. Sometimes he sets himself up well, at other times the ball gets away from him. As his skills develop with time, his ability to see opportunities and zip the ball out will be better supported by his footwork and he’ll become increasingly dominant. My dad said that he would support me in whatever my passion was.
