Forest previously made an effort to sign the defender from Stamford Bridge, however it seemed that the Englishman was only keen on a move to a side playing in Europe.
The fact that Murillo stars more on the left side of defence could be one thing that throws the deal into a little bit of doubt.
The Blues already have Levi Colwill and Benoit Badiashile who predominantly play on that side.
